Certification in Commercial Real Estate provides the Realtor® with the basic knowledge of the difference between the needs of residential and commercial real estate investors. While it does not equip a Realtor® with all of the needed tools to practice commercial real estate, it does provide the concepts, tools and other resources needed to pursue a commercial transaction with a qualified trained and experienced Commercial Realtor®.
Because I am primarily focused on Residential Investment Property, with this Certification I am able to work closely with the Commercial Division of David Day Real Estate in successfully completing the sale or purchase of a Commercial Property.
A Certified Investor Agent Specialist™ (CIAS) has been trained to assist residential real estate investors in determining the current and potential value of a proposed acquisition through the use of an in-depth Analysis Services.
This analysis provides the investor with the information necessary to make informed decisions rather than emotional ones.
